It’s an amazing fact. Despite having sold many thousand machines in the UK over the past 15 years, we have still not found a need to employ a dedicated warranty administrator, not even a part time one!
That speaks volumes for the reliability of TCM products. Our Spare Parts Manager, Phillip Hutchinson, attends to any warranty matters as a minor adjunct to his normal duties.
All new TCM trucks come with comprehensive 12 months or 1200 hours parts and labour cover. We’ll even offer you a 3,4 or 5 year extended warranty (not that we think you’ll need it). Just imagine.
