United States

The United States is the world’s largest marketplace for industrial vehicles. As a result TCM has been focusing on expanding its manufacturing and marketing of forklift trucks as one of its core objectives under TCM globalization program.
To meet increasing demand for its products, TCM began manufacturing fork lift trucks in a new 165,000 square foot facility in Columbia, South Carolina in 1989.
The plant combines precision automated manufacturing techniques and quality control with the best hand craftsmanship to produce great TCM build quality and reliability. Upon completion, the trucks go through a multiple stage inspection process before being shipped.
In 2005, TCM took over the forklift operations of Mitsui Machinery Distribution Inc (MMD) and established a new product marketing company (TDU) to succeed and expand former MMD forklift business. These operations are based in Bridgeport, New Jersey.
