From Still to Sparkling - TCM has been 100% reliable

Stephen Lloyd of Shropshire-based Tanners Wines has a nose for quality. Recently Tanners took the decision to move from Still to the sparkling performance, low initial purchase price and low running costs of TCM’s iNOMA diesel fork lift truck. We find out how to spot good quality at the right price.
Tanners Wines was established in 1842 by brothers William and Henry Tanner. Today this thriving regional wine merchant has four retail outlets and warehouse. It stocks 1200 different wines from across the globe and ships around 150 cases of wine per day – from still to sparkling - plus up to 4000 lines of beers, soft drinks and spirits.

Tanners chose the popular iNOMA FD25, 2500kg capacity diesel fork lift truck from TCM, buying the truck outright.
Andrew Smith, operations and warehouse manager at Tanners warehouse in Welshpool explained: “We needed a short term rental truck and turned to a local dealer who supplied a TCM truck. The trucks are very reliable, robust and easy to operate. We chose TCM because it offered us a low initial cost and low operating costs.
“We have no complaints whatsoever. We’ve had no problems and only positive things to say about TCM truck and the dealer. An efficient operation and warehouse is a combination of good workers and good trucks. We’ve achieved that with TCM.”
